Gaia GPS Masterclass Workshop - September 2, 2026

Get more out of Gaia GPS and travel with confidence. Whether you're planning your first overland trip or you're already exploring remote backroads, this hands-on workshop will teach you how to use Gaia GPS to navigate smarter, plan better routes, and discover new places with confidence.

We'll cover the features that matter most, including Gaia's powerful topographic maps, aerial imagery, map overlays, offline maps, route planning, tracks, waypoints, and trip organization. We'll also explore some of the more advanced features and tools within Gaia GPS that can help you get more information from the map and make better decisions when planning and navigating remote adventures.

Throughout the evening, we'll work through real-world examples and hands-on exercises so you can put the tools to use while you're in the classroom.

Please bring the device you normally use to plan your trips—whether that's a tablet, laptop, or smartphone—with Gaia GPS installed and ready to use.

A Gaia GPS subscription is not required to attend the workshop. However, an active subscription is recommended if you'd like to fully participate in the hands-on route planning exercises and follow along with the advanced features demonstrated during class.
